We found this Colonial gem in the Fan and couldn't wait for you to see it! The 3600 sq ft home fits 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 3 floors, a basement, a 2 car garage, front and back staircases, and a whole lot of beauty.
The entryway sets the tone for the entire home. Right away, you're met with a massive light-filled space with 12 ft ceilings that leave you feeling anything but claustrophobic.
This house was built in 1912 by a man who is responsible for a lot of the fan homes you see today. Lucky for us, while it's been beaten up a little through the years, it still carries the refined elegance it was built with.
I spy Josh doing a preliminary walk-through!
Below is a blank canvas for an exciting kitchen project. We won't say what we have planned quite yet, but we will say that we're going to open it up to the dining and living room and expose the brick in a different way than we've done before.
On the third floor is a kitchenette that we plan on keeping and fixing up!
We couldn't be more excited to start on this home. It's a gift to find a home that is already so beautiful that all we're left to do is make it livable in 2016.
